MSN Mexico Interviews Kristen

Stewart arrived with a heroin chic look, probably because of the movie she’s filming ‘The Runaways’. She completely avoided any visual contact with the journalists interviewing her.
I’ve been told that it’s because the actress is extremely shy and doesn’t like certain aspects of her job.
We still managed to talk to her about the dificulties of her character in this sequel and this is what she said: “In this movie the only way we can see Edward is through the very subjective point of view of Bella. It’s only through her memory that the character is present, so he doesn’t have to be there physically.
This movie is much more emotional than the first, I can promise you that. Anyone who’s read the books knows that the second book is much more intense than the first because unlike Twilight, New Moon is not about your first love.
In this movie, Bella presents herself as a manic depressive person and my challenge was asking myself ‘How Can I get this character to come out of that state she’s in? And how can I play a character who’s going through that process? It was very hard to portray a young woman who’s getting over the hard blows she gets from life and how she grows up after them.
I know that in my career I haven’t been involved in many projects that have generated so much expectation as Twilight and I just have to confess that I’m just another fan of the project. I get so excited to see how the movie is wrapping up, what the first trailers look like, etc.
I know that fans are worried that Edwward is not in this movie that much, but trust me, you’ll see him enough, and if the character Edward Cullen didn’t leave, then how were we going to miss him?” concludes the actress.

When can you expect the game to be released?
At this time there is no disclosed release date on the actual game. The game will be released to Summit Entertainment for publishing once the game is of highest quality. However, Brainjunk Studios will be hosting a playable demo of the game on November 20, 2009. Locations are yet to be determined.
Stephenie Tells Us What She Did This Summer
Posted by Shelly on 17 Aug 2009 || 0 Comments
First books. I didn't have a ton of time to read this summer, but I did discover one really wonderful two-book series. Dreamhunter and Dreamquake by Elizabeth Knox.
I also got an early look at a book I've been eagerly awaiting: Catching Fire, the sequel to Suzanne Collins' phenomenal The Hunger Games.
Then music. No matter how busy I am, I can always listen to music, so I have a longer list of recommendations here. So, awesome CDs I discovered this summer:
* Animal Collective — Merriweather Post Pavillion
* Silversun Pickups — Swoon
* White Rabbits — It's Frightening
* The Dead Weather — Horehound
* Grizzly Bear — Veckatimest
* Meese — Broadcast
Also musical, I got out to a few good concerts.
And finally movies. Mostly when I get out to a movie, it's a kid's movie. So Pixar's Up was the highlight of my summer. And then this Saturday I went to see an actual grown-up people movie, yay! Admittedly, I went to see the New Moon trailer on the big screen (yes, I'm a total dork. Who cares? It was worth it). But then I stayed to see Bandslam because the reviews were so good, and I was glad I did.

Interview with Jodelle Ferland

"I'm allowed to tell people that I play a vampire who has just been turned," the 14-year-old Canadian actress tells me. "In other words, I'm a newborn vampire. I'm not allowed to say the name of the character."
...Jodelle says she's "really, really excited to meet Robert Pattinson." As are her friends. "Every single person I've told has asked me if they could come to the set," she said, adding with a laugh, "I've said, 'I'll have to think about that.'"

Trailer Leak Cuts Into 'Bandslam' Sales?
Posted by Robin on 16 Aug 2009 || 0 Comments
The lure of a new New Moon trailer didn't hook much business for Vanessa Hudgens' Bandslam, which despite good reviews, debuted with just $2.3 million at the weekend box office, per estimates, and failed to finish in the Top 10. Or even the Top 12...
As for Bandslam, its bad weekend probably started on Thursday. When the New Moon trailer was leaked online.
It's believed the widespread leak cut into Bandslam ticket sales. Considerably. The promise of the trailer had been central to the Bandslam marketing campaign.
To Exhibitor Relations box-office analyst Jeff Bock, relying on trailers to help sell tickets is an increasingly dicey strategy.
"Whether or not you attach an exclusive trailer onto a film," Bock said in an email today, "it will be available online for download practically minutes after it debuts."
Rob Interview

"I can't remember what my normal life is like," he admitted in one of his quieter moments.
"Because of internet stuff and Twitter, there will be a crowd if you are in a place for more than half an hour.
"I've learned never to stay in the same place for more than 20 minutes."
He laughed, seemingly still amazed at the Beatles-like level of fandom he has following him.
While many would love that kind of adulation, anyone watching Robert when doing interviews will see he finds the situation difficult to deal with.

A little about us:
Mike and Kenny (the show promoters) started out attending fan conventions as kids more than 25 years ago and between the two have attended over 200 conventions before becoming convention organizers themselves over four years ago. We know what it's like to be fans... and convention attendees. We know what makes us excited as fans, and what the difference is between a FUN show and a not so fun show. Our goal is to make sure that everyone has a good time. We're not like other conventions where you may be treated like a number... this is not a cattle call... We're all here to have fun. We make every effort to make sure you get your "moment" with your favorite celebrities. That's what makes us different
