Though he later posted that he was "lovin Korea," he came on last night to tell his fans that he was not treated so well at the Pusan International Film Festival and asked his friends in the web world to post this picture of him at the festival.

He later explained that he wanted to have people post it in spite of the festival.

POST IT EVERYWHERE!!!! I WANT TO STICK IT TO THEM FOR BEING MEAN!!!

To help Justin out, here is the picture of him at the festival.

Ashley Interview on the Set of 'Eclipse'

Posted by Robin on 15 Oct 2009 || 0 Comments

Vanity Fair has an interview with Ashley from the set of 'Eclipse'. Click the link to read the whole interview.

VF.com: So you’re in Vancouver right now on the set of Eclipse …

Ashley Greene: I am. I just got to set! It’s an hour drive every day, really pretty; we’re way out in the middle of nowhere.

What are you filming today?

There’s a lot of action in this [movie], a lot of fight-sequence choreography. Me, Nikki [Reed], and Kellan [Lutz] are working today, and we’re doing another installment of the fight sequences. We’re doing a section of the huge vampire/Cullen/wolf/newborn battle.

...What was your favorite scene to shoot?

Driving the Porsche was really fun. [Laughs] I got to drive it up these tiny, cobblestone roads having to deliver lines. I’m actually proud that I did it and didn’t crash! But filming one of the first scenes, where Alice throws this party and Bella gets a paper cut, was really fun because we were all there. During [New Moon] it was basically me and four or five other cast members. The Cullen family was really only there for a week. It was nice because we started out with coming back, reuniting, and seeing everyone again … and we got to see Jasper in action.

RACHELLE LEFEVRE
Do you get to do your own fight scenes?

RL: I got to do a lot, yeah! They let me do as much as humanly possible for me, really. My stunt double, [Atlan Mitchell], was not human! She spent five years with Cirque du Soleil, and she did things that were inhuman – I mean I think the woman has gravity defying elements in her person so she made me look really good! But they let me do a lot, I was filming a lot of my stunts on second unit and the benefit of that was that while everybody was off on first making the main principle photography I was doing stunts with no producers around to go “you know we really don’t want our lead actress to try that at this moment.” And instead I would be “guys, I can do it” and so they’d say “okay you go.” So I’d get to do all these free falls and leaps, and crazy things that I would have never gotten to do if there were people around!

Who taught you about Twittering?
RL – Yeah! Actually, and it’s so funny because I feel like he ‘s going to be like ‘stop attributing that to me!’ but I tell everybody, ‘Kevin Spacey got me on Twitter.” Because he Twitters, and I did a film with him and he said that he loved it and was telling me all the reasons why he thought it was a great idea. And I say if Kevin Spacey tell you to Twitter, you Twitter! I didn’t expect that he would be a Twitter-er. But sure enough he has half a million followers or something.

ASHLEY GREENE:
If you are going to indulge, what is the best treat?

AG: Oh gosh. I’m a really big BBQ fan but when I’m back home. I don’t ever eat it here, but I’m a huge BBQ fan when I go back home. And Japanese steakhouses back home in Jacksonville too. Because they have this stuff called shrimp sauce, yeah, pink sauce, shrimp sauce, I don’t know, but it’s this pink sauce that they give you to put over all your rice and your vegetables, and it’s really bad for you, but it’s so good. Every time I go home I gain weight, I know I’m going to, but then I just work it off when I get back home.

Tell us about this charity you work with.
AG: So I do a charity called Donate My Dress dot Org. I actually got involved in it because I was so fond of my prom memories and how hard I worked to get my dress, so they asked me to be the spokesperson. And it’s basically – it’s the only national organization that does a dress drive and we have about 50 other local organizations that feed into our national one. And then we redistribute the dresses to girls who need them. It’s just encouraging girls, the dresses that you’ve worn that you’re never going to wear again, even though you store them in your closet and you think you’re going to, you never wear them again to donate them to the charity and we’ll donate them to someone who really needs them. Especially now, because everyone is losing their jobs and were kind of in an economic decline and so it’s very very important and it makes a huge difference. People don’t realize it, especially as you get older, but proms a big big deal for girls. You think about it from the time you get to like eighth grade I think until you’re a senior. So yeah, if anyone feels so inclined to donate their dress it’s www.donatemydress.org and it will tell you where you can donate and they’ll send them on.

Kellan Lutz:
What’s your favorite flavor of muscle milk!

KL: the chocolate Malt. As far as any protein, all the protein powder stuff it just tastes like protein so you need something that tastes great with it. I mean vanilla’s great, mint’s great, muscle milk has just has so many flavors so it’s nice to mix it up but chocolate you just can’t go wrong with!

So if you’re gunna indulge, what’s for desert?
KL: Muscle milk! [laughs] throw some peanut butter, throw some bananas in there it’s like a milkshake! I love Pinkberry, Pinkberry’s great, I have a candy drawer, so whenever I cook a meal I just go to my candy drawer, I usually cook a lot of fish and steaks and hamburgers… as much meaty protein as I can and then throw vegetables as well

And what’s your personal style like, and what’s Emit’s’ personal style like? Does Emit have a personal style?
KL: Not very. He’s very athletic. So he likes wearing sporty stuff, stuff that maybe shows off his muscles, or you know, stuff that’s not too stiff. So that he could go eat a bear if he wanted to. My style is pretty comfy. I mean I just love jeans and boots, a nice little - Henley shirts, which is great. Just simple, thrown together. I mean layers are fun when its cold out, but when its not - I’m not into shorts too much…

Mediaite: Twilight Cover Wars

Posted by Jenny on 15 Oct 2009 || 0 Comments

Mediaite have a new feature about Twilight magazine covers.

You won't believe this: it has not even been one year since the live action stars of teen vampire sensation Twilight infiltrated popular culture. And part of the reason they seem like such fixtures of celebrity already -- apart from their impossible good looks, effortless cool and high-powered marketing machine -- is their presence in print and command of their image. In anticipation of the November 20th release of the latest entry in "The Twilight Saga:" New Moon, it's safe to say a new publicity blitz is beginning. In this edition of Cover Wars, we're comparing the new batch to last year's classics, but knowing that many more are to come, we'll call it The Greatest Twilight Cover So Far.

Read more here. Which is your favourite mag cover so far?

Thanks to Ruthie for the link.

One report from the Vancouver set insists that a recently-filmed scene, in which Riley (newcomer Xavier Samuels) is attacked and turned into a vampire in a dark and rainy alley, is set to be the opening scene of Eclipse…but you wouldn't want to watch it now, would you?

About: I was skeptical at first about the series. All my friends were reading it in 9th grade and I just wasn't into it. I had been burned pretty bad by a relationship and I just wasn't believing the whole 'love story' thing. Then, on one fateful night, I was at a book sale and was desperately seeking a new read. Twilight seemed to be glowing on the shelf and I was drawn to buy it. I didn't know why, like I said, I didn't want to even think about love. I went home and cracked open the fresh book. I instantly related to Bella. Her feelings became my feelings. Her curiosity became my curiosity. I carried the book around with me everywhere I went. I found myself even slowing down in reading it because I didn't want it to end. I closed the back cover and took a deep breath, then I realized something. I had learned to believe in love again. A simple book and taught me to believe in what I thought just couldn't exist. I also learned that every girl deserves their very own Edward Cullen. No one should settle for just some guy. He needs to be your guy. Your dream guy. Well, let's say I am not a skeptic anymore. As a freshman in college, I find myself having a lot of free time to re-read the books... again. I have my own 59 song playlist for all the books on my i-Tunes and I love that it brings me back to the moments in the books. I have met so many people just by saying that I am a "Twilighter". It amazing how passionate you can become about a novel. I am so happy I bought Twilight on a whim. It has transformed my life and taught me so much about myself. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my Twilight story.

About: Recently, my youngest aunt died unexpectedly in her sleep.I was left in the most depressed mood that I've ever experienced. I felt like something inside my heart had fallen out, was missing, and would never come back. It was a physical condition that literally made me uncomfortable. I thought of New Moon, and how Bella feels throughout that book. She is always holding herself together with her crossed arms. I realized that this was the closest description to what I was feeling. My chest hurt, like it was falling apart inside. Then I thought of how Bella turns into a zombie for several months and decided that I didn't want to be like that. I didn't want to lose myself in grief, and I know my aunt wouldn't have wanted me to do that either. I know that this case is different, in that I will never get that piece of my heart back for good, but I don't want to be like Zombie Bella. I want to be strong, like Bella becomes after her loss. I will never forget how Twilight helped me straighten my thoughts and fix myself in the worst times of my life. It takes an amazing book to do something like that. And an amazing writer to portray such a real and painful emotion so realistically. From all of the ways that Twilight has changed my life, this is definitely the biggest. It helpled to support me when I thought nothing could, and gave me hope when everything in my world was bleak.
